Return & Refund Policy

At 1108 Vocal Studio, we provide digital courses, lesson packages, and subscription-based services. Because our products are delivered digitally and services require scheduled time, we maintain a clear no-refund policy, with limited exceptions outlined below.

1. Digital Courses (One-Time Purchase)

  • All digital course purchases are final.

  • Once access has been granted, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued.

  • If you encounter technical difficulties, please contact us, and we will ensure you receive access to your course.

2. Private Lessons & Lesson Packages

  • All lesson purchases are non-refundable once booked.

  • Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited.

  • Lesson packages must be used within 18 months of purchase; unused lessons after this period are non-refundable and expire automatically.

  • If a lesson is canceled by 1108 Vocal Studio, you will be offered a rescheduled session at no additional cost.

3. Subscription Services (Monthly & Annual)

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Payments are non-refundable once processed. Access remains active until the end of the paid billing cycle.

  • Annual Subscriptions: Eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee only if you have actively participated in the program and completed at least 2 modules. Refund requests must be made in writing within 30 days of purchase. After this period, no refunds are granted.

  • Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no partial refunds are issued.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds (where applicable) will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or failure to use the product/service.
