Return & Refund Policy

At 1108 Vocal Studio, we provide digital courses, lesson packages, and subscription-based services. Because our products are delivered digitally and services require scheduled time, we maintain a clear no-refund policy, with limited exceptions outlined below.
1. Digital Courses (One-Time Purchase)

All digital course purchases are final.

Once access has been granted, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued.

If you encounter technical difficulties, please contact us, and we will ensure you receive access to your course.
2. Private Lessons & Lesson Packages

All lesson purchases are non-refundable once booked.

Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited.

Lesson packages must be used within 18 months of purchase; unused lessons after this period are non-refundable and expire automatically.

If a lesson is canceled by 1108 Vocal Studio, you will be offered a rescheduled session at no additional cost.
3. Subscription Services (Monthly & Annual)

Monthly Subscriptions: Payments are non-refundable once processed. Access remains active until the end of the paid billing cycle.

Annual Subscriptions: Eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee only if you have actively participated in the program and completed at least 2 modules. Refund requests must be made in writing within 30 days of purchase. After this period, no refunds are granted.

Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no partial refunds are issued.
4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds (where applicable) will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or failure to use the product/service.
