Digital Delivery Policy

At 1108 Vocal Studio, all of our products and services are delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped.
1. Delivery of Digital Courses & Products

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email with your login details and instructions to access your purchased course or resource.

Delivery is typically instant, but in rare cases may take up to 24 hours due to processing times or technical delays.

Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the access email in your inbox.
2. Delivery of Private Lessons & Lesson Packages

When booking private lessons or packages, confirmation details will be sent via email after purchase.

Lesson access (whether live or recorded) will be provided according to the scheduled date and time agreed upon at checkout or during booking.
3. Delivery of Subscriptions (Monthly/Annual Plans)

For subscription-based products (such as the Pro Singer’s Course), access to the membership portal is granted immediately after payment.

Subscribers will continue to receive access as long as their subscription remains active and in good standing.
