Private Lessons

Single Lessons

Lesson Purchases and Payments:

  • Lessons cannot be scheduled unless payment is made in advance or a valid credit card number is provided.
  • We do not offer refunds for unused lessons.

Scheduling and Reservations:

  • Sessions must be scheduled in advance to secure your spot.
  • You have the option of paying in full up front or paying a one-dollar deposit and being charged the remainder after the lesson.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

  • Lessons canceled or missed without at least 24-hour notice will be forfeited or charged in full.

Expiration:

  • Pre-paid lessons are good for 18 months from the date of purchase and will expire after that if unused.

Lesson Packages (5-lesson and 10-lesson)

Lesson Purchases and Payments:

  • Full payment upfront is required to lock in your rate and reserve your spot.
  • We do not offer refunds for unused lessons. If you are dissatisfied with a lesson that was already redeemed, please reach out and we will consider that on a case by case basis.

Subscription Services (1x per month and 2x per month)

Subscription Purchases and Payments:

  • Lesson subscriptions are charged monthly according to the number of lessons chosen
  • The monthly rate upon signing up is the price you’ll enjoy until/unless the subscription is changed or canceled
  • We do not offer refunds for lesson subscriptions. 

Scheduling and Reservations:

  • Lessons can be scheduled using a unique code provided monthly.
  • Unused lessons will carry over to the next month.

Payment Decline and Cancellations:

  • In the event of a card decline or unsuccessful subscription charge, your subscription will be automatically canceled, and you may lose the initially locked-in price.
  • A renewal reminder email will be sent to you seven days before your subscription renewal date to keep you informed.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

  • Lessons canceled or missed without at least 24-hour notice will be forfeited or charged in full.

Courses

By subscribing to any of the courses, users agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in the termination of access to the courses. For further inquiries or assistance, please contact [email protected].

 

Pro Singer’s Course

Month-to-Month Subscription:

  • Users will have access to the Pro Singer’s Course on a month-to-month basis.
  • If a user is offered a 14-day free trial, and does not cancel with the 14-day trial period, they will be automatically enrolled into the paid monthly subscription.
  • To cancel the subscription, users must contact [email protected] before the end of the trial period. Our platform currently does not allow users to unsubscribe themselves within the app.
  • Subscriptions will automatically renew each month unless canceled.
  • Payment will be charged to the user’s chosen payment method upon subscription renewal.
  • Due to the digital nature of the product, we have a strict no-refunds policy.

Annual Subscription:

  • Users will have access to the Pro Singer’s Course for one year from the date of subscription.
  • 30-day money-back guarantee: If users are not satisfied with the course within 30 days of subscription, they may request a full refund. 
  • Refunds will not be issued unless the purchaser can demonstrate that they have made a genuine effort to engage with the materials. Refunds will not be granted for customers who have not logged into the course platform or completed at least the first 2 modules.
  • To request a refund, users must contact [email protected] within the guarantee period.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
  • After the 30-day money-back guarantee period, the annual subscription fee is non-refundable.
  • Automatic renewal for the annual subscription occurs unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

Worship Singer’s Course

Month-to-Month Subscription:

  • Users will have access to the Worship Singer’s Course on a month-to-month basis.
